Origins of Twisted Puppy
When I registered the domain TwistedPuppy.com in the 90s, I had no idea that the path would ultimately lead back where it started. At the time, I had been building my first bona fide startup, a website development firm called fresh ground software. We did pretty cool stuff then – ultimately “cashing in” when we sold the company in Y2K. Ironically, the nature of Twisted Puppy is to get back to what fresh ground was – a fast-paced web application development company staffed with creative, smart, boundary-pushing Internet fiends.
Oh, my nickname then was The Beagle…
