Listings by the Beach engaged Twisted Puppy for website development to drive email list growth and interfacing with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to present live listings of homes for sale. Within a few weeks, we had the first city (Manhattan Beach) up and running, including a great deal of local information about lifestyle, property values and the community. Once we vetted the "prototype" city, we rolled out all the others (Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills). We focused on a traffic-building strategy and creating a much better customer experience than other realty websites. The contrast to other sites is quite apparent. New content and features are added regularly.
